What We're Looking For

Active CPA license (Required)

5+ years of recent public accounting experience, including:

Working in a paperless environment

Reviewing complex tax returns

Researching intricate tax matters

Managing client engagements

Supervising project teams

Overseeing accounts receivable collections

Industry experience reviewing complex 1065s (preferably real estate and construction clients), 1031 exchanges, special allocations, cost segregation studies, and analyzing partnership agreements.

Strong communication skills - Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.

Detail-oriented and organized - Adept at problem-solving and managing multiple priorities.

Tech-savvy and adaptable - Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement).

Team player - Enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating with others to achieve the best results.
