We’re now hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI and Data Products team. This role is focused on backend engineering and API development in support of next-gen AI products, including natural language models, generative tools, and agentic applications. You’ll help shape the architecture, scalability, and impact of our newest innovations.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable APIs and backend services for our AI product suite
• Design solutions using Python, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern data tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science) to deliver high-impact solutions
• Build and maintain ML-driven pipelines and experiment with emerging technologies like RAG and agent-based models
• Contribute to team best practices and mentor junior developers
• Participate in agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot complex problems and continuously improve performance, security, and maintainability

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus
• Deep expertise in Python and SQL; additional languages welcome
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building and scaling APIs and data interfaces
• Comfort working with modern ML/AI frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, RAG, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Terraform)
• Bonus: Front-end experience with React/GraphQL or experience with data platforms like Databricks or Spark
