Summary

We are a high-performing real estate team in Greater Boston looking for a motivated Showing Assistant / Buyer’s Agent to help with buyer showings while growing their own book of business.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants hands-on mentorship, immediate income, and the chance to develop into a full-time Buyer’s Agent. You’ll work alongside an experienced team leader, assisting with active buyers and team-generated leads , while also learning how to generate and convert your own clients .

Responsibilities

• Assist with property showings for active buyers.
• Host open houses and community events to engage new buyers.
• Communicate with clients, answer questions, and provide excellent service .
• Draft, submit, and negotiate offers under the guidance of a senior agent.
• Follow up with leads, helping nurture and convert them into active clients .
• Work closely with the team to execute business growth strategies .
• Stay updated on market trends and new inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Massachusetts real estate license.
• A self-motivated agent eager to grow a successful real estate business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Coachable and open to mentorship with a desire to learn.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, social media, and real estate platforms.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend showings.

Compensation:

• Commission-based with immediate income potential (per-showing pay + commission splits).
