What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, engineers, and data stewards
• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and quality measures
• Build and maintain enterprise data architecture, models, and integration strategies
• Deliver actionable business insights through dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics
• Ensure data compliance, privacy, and security across all systems and teams
• Translate complex data challenges into clear strategies for business stakeholders
• Stay ahead of trends in analytics and implement new tools and technologies

Your Background:

• 8+ years in data governance, analytics, or data management roles
• 5+ years of experience leading data teams
• Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and platforms like SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and S4/HANA
• Proficient in scripting (Python, R, JavaScript) and advanced analytics techniques
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CDMP or CAP (preferred)
