Welcome to Alpine Intel, a leader in the property insurance intelligence industry. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC . The Sales Development Representative at Alpine Intel plays a critical role in driving growth and the success of our product portfolio across all verticals. This role is responsible for corresponding with clients to create a bond by understanding the customers motivation and goals, delivering on commitments, identifying, and removing barriers to customer adoption, and always ensure a paramount customer experience. This position requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and execution abilities. The Sales Development Representative will report directly to the Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow up on new leads daily.
  • Convert leads to contacts through education on our service offerings.
  • Call to clients and educate them on what to expect with our services.
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals to achieve company growth.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter authority as you educate leads and build a trusting rapport.
  • Regularly correspond with clients to create a bond by understanding the customers motivation and goals, deliver on commitments, identify, and remove barriers to customer adoption, and always ensure a paramount customer experience.
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations with structure and grace to meet contractual
  • expectations and preserve client relationships
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • You have outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
  • You are talented in influencing at various levels across within your client base.
  • You have a strong professional phone presence.
  • You are tenacious in achieving your sales goals and have a proven capability to do so.
  • You have demonstrated being detailed and efficient in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent communication and people skills.
  • You pay close attention to detail.
  • You set a standard for yourself in being punctual for your scheduled shift.
  • You adapt quickly and smoothly to process changes and platform updates.

  • You are able to pass a federal and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:

  • Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
  • Noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
  • Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
