Role Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within predefined budgets, timelines, and scopes. Your adeptness in monitoring and effectively communicating project progress to key stakeholders, clients, and project team members will be essential to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), tailored to advertising and digital marketing campaigns. Experience with Adobe Workfront management software required.

• Campaign Execution: Oversee the flawless execution of advertising and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements align with client goals and industry best practices.

• Budget Management: Manage project budgets with precision, tracking expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the bridge between internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor project team members, delegating tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a collaborative and motivated team environment.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update and engage with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Experience in advertising or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in these domains.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• A strategic thinker, with strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with client objectives.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and project updates to diverse audiences.

• Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
