Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product/Digital/ Marketing Manager to serve as the primary liaison between client and a portfolio of key retail and carrier partners. This individual will lead go-to-market strategies for mobile devices, tablets, and accessories (e.g., Galaxy Buds, smartwatches), ensuring seamless execution across digital and retail channels.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for 20+ retail and carrier partners including Costco, Walmart, Mint Mobile, Xfinity Mobile, and Spectrum Mobile.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution for product launches, including asset delivery, creative approvals, and marketing strategy alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Brand, PR, Creative, Sales) to align on messaging, visuals, and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, gather partner feedback, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Internal Storytelling: Create and present PowerPoint decks to internal stakeholders, summarizing campaign plans, performance, and key wins.
  • Digital Marketing Focus: Drive digital-first strategies including e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and online advertising.

  2. Proven ability to take a product and successfully bring it to life through external partners. This includes managing the full go-to-market process—translating internal strategies into compelling partner-facing campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
  3. Strategic Storytelling & Presentation
  4. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to distill complex marketing plans into clear, engaging presentations. Must be able to effectively communicate campaign objectives, key performance metrics, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Digital Marketing Expertise
  6. Hands-on experience in e-commerce, social media, and online advertising campaigns. Familiarity with best practices across digital channels is essential, as all partners utilize these tactics to promote products.

QualificationsEducation:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Candidates without a degree must have 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6+ years in channel, digital, or product marketing.
  • Experience working with or within large matrixed organizations or CPG companies is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for storytelling and campaign reporting.
  • Comfortable using Excel for campaign tracking (no advanced formulas or pivot tables required).
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
