The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
Direct the activities of the maintenance department and coordinate efforts with headquarters, other plants, and outside vendors.
Manage capital projects, participate in the development of a capital budget, and analyze equipment repair costs to make recommendations for repair or replacement.
Maintain the electrical safety program, participate in the Process Safety Management program, and perform lockout/tagout procedures per company policy.
Utilize knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, perform assembly and disassembly of machines, and use drawings and diagrams to identify failed components.
Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance programs, manage the plant's spare parts, and develop maintenance-related documents.
The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment as a maintenance supervisor, with preferred certifications in mechanical/industrial fields (electrician, millwright, welding, etc.).
Preventive maintenance experience with industrial equipment and familiarity with predictive technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound equipment, and precision alignment.
Experience with parts inventory management
