Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Coordination: Efficiently manage and dispatch fleet vehicles to meet customer needs.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and management.
• Scheduling: Create and manage driver schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during operations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and vehicle movements.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and regulations.
