Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing internal and external communications, developing engaging content, and ensuring brand consistency across all messaging platforms. You will support company-wide initiatives and collaborate with various departments to streamline communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication plans and materials.
Draft, edit, and distribute company newsletters, press releases, and announcements.
Coordinate with departments to align messaging and communication timelines.
Assist in planning and executing public-facing events, presentations, and campaigns.
Maintain and update internal documents, reports, and templates.
Monitor feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Support executive communication needs including speeches, presentations, and memos.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications or similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with internal communication platforms is a plus.
