Business Central Technical Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to support ongoing projects, system upgrades, and integrations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Support and troubleshoot Dynamics NAV/365 BC and CRM issues.
*

Assist with system upgrades, project tasks, requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and training.
*

Analyze and optimize business processes; design reports using Power BI and BC 365.
*

Modify BC 365 using AL extensions
*

Integrate third-party software using web services (API/OData).
*

Automate workflows with Power Automate.
*

Prioritize and manage departmental support tickets.

Required Skills:

*

Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX expressions).
*

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*

Analytical mindset with the ability to recommend system improvements.
*

Knowledge of Visual Studio, ERP fundamentals, and project management practices.
*

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

*

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
*

1-3 years of IT experience, preferably with ERP systems.
*

Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

*

Primarily a sedentary role with standard office physical demands.

None required.
