**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all bakery operations, including both wholesale and retail aspects.
- Create and develop innovative menus and recipes that delight our customers.
- Manage food, labor, and recipe costing to ensure profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Create weekly staff schedules and manage team performance.
- Oversee inventory management and sourcing of food and supplies.
- Handle HR and payroll functions for the bakery team.
- Ensure consistency and quality control in all baked goods.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and enhance customer engagement.

**Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 3 years of culinary training (A.O.S/A.S Culinary Degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in baking and pastry arts, with supervisory experience required.
- Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
- Current Safe Food Handler certificate is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
